Returns & Refunds Policy
At Udero, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all our customers. Please read the following carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Sale Items: All items purchased on sale, using a discount code, or as part of a promotional offer are considered final sale. These items are not eligible for a refund. However, we do allow for a one-time size exchange, provided the item is available in the desired size.

Non-Sale Items: Items purchased at their original price are eligible for a one-time refund or size exchange. You must initiate the return or exchange request within 7 days of the delivery date.
2. Conditions for All Returns
For any item to be eligible for a return or exchange, it must meet the following conditions:

The garment must be in its original, unworn condition.

All original seals, tags, and packaging must be intact.

The item should not have any stains, odors, or damage.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet these conditions.
3. Return Process & Charges

Logistics Fee: Due to the costs associated with logistics and reverse shipping, all returns will be charged a fee of ₹100. This fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

How to Initiate a Return: To start the return process, please email our customer support team on info@udero.in with the following details:

Your order number.

The name of the item you wish to return.

The reason for the return (e.g., size exchange, refund).

Once your request is approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup of the item.
4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be credited to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please remember that the ₹100 logistics fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
5. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired size is not available, you may opt for a refund (for non-sale items only) or store credit.

The ₹100 logistics fee will also be charged for exchanges, which must be paid before the new item is shipped.
- Approved Exchanges/Replacement Products will be delivered in 7 working days.
