At Udero, every order is handled with meticulous attention before it leaves our atelier. Once your purchase is confirmed, it is quality-checked, pressed, and packed with care. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days, and deliveries typically reach you within 3–7 working days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking link once your parcel ships, allowing you to follow it every step of the way.
Returns & Exchanges
We understand that the right fit and feel matter. If you wish to return or exchange an item, you may do so within 7 days of receiving it, provided it remains in its original condition with all tags, seals, and packaging intact. Sale items are eligible for a one-time size exchange only, while non-sale purchases may be refunded or exchanged once. A nominal ₹100 logistics fee applies to all returns and exchanges.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, our team will notify you regarding approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after deduction of the logistics fee. Exchanges are dispatched within 7 working days, subject to product availability. Should your preferred size be unavailable, you may opt for a refund or store credit for non-sale products.
Product Verification & Unboxing Requirement
To maintain transparency and fairness, each Udero garment is carefully documented before dispatch through internal video verification. In the rare event of a damaged or defective item, we request customers to provide a clear unboxing video of the package from the moment of opening. This allows us to verify any transit issues accurately, as we retain footage of the product’s condition prior to shipment.
