What are the Shipping Charges?
We offer free standard shipping across India on all prepaid orders. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal handling fee of ₹100 applies.
Shipping is handled through trusted partners to ensure the timely and secure delivery of every Udero package.
What is Udero’s Return & Refund policy?
We want you to love your Udero piece. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and all tags, seals, and packaging are intact.
Sale items qualify for a one-time size exchange only, while non-sale items can be refunded or exchanged once.
A ₹100 logistics fee applies to all return or exchange requests. However, no logistics fees apply if the product arrives damaged, provided you share a clear unboxing video as proof.
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after inspection, and exchanges are shipped within 7 working days, subject to availability.
If your desired size isn’t available, you can choose a refund or store credit for eligible non-sale products.
What's Product Verification & Unboxing Video?
To maintain transparency and fairness, each Udero garment is carefully documented before dispatch through internal video verification. In the rare event of a damaged or defective item, we request customers to provide a clear unboxing video of the package from the moment of opening. This allows us to verify any transit issues accurately, as we retain footage of the product’s condition prior to shipment.
How to initate a Return or Exchange?
You can initiate a return or exchange directly through the Orders section in your Udero account. Alternatively, you may email us at info@udero.in with your order details and mention the reason for return or exchange in the subject line. Once we receive your request, refunds for eligible returns are processed promptly as per our policy.
How do I know which size will fit me best?
You can refer to our Size Guide linked to each product, which lists the exact garment measurements for each size. If your body measurements are slightly smaller than those listed, that size will offer you the intended fit and comfort.
Delivery Timelines / Shipping Address Errors?
Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 business days in metro cities and 3–7 business days in smaller towns. Once your order is confirmed and ready for dispatch, our logistics partner will send you a WhatsApp confirmation message to verify or update your delivery address. Simply respond to that message to make any changes before delivery.
